Initial Consultation
A good place to begin, particularly if you have a
complex history of musculoskeletal or health problems.
You will receive a comprehensive evaluation of your current posture and how it relates to problems you may be having, a projection of what structural changes are possible, and some key ideas and practices to help you improve your structure immediately and long-term.

Private Sessions
Taking the Gokhale Method Foundations course privately allows for more flexibility in scheduling, permits your teacher to focus on you for the entire time and allows for more privacy. The one-on-one format also allow a more customized lesson plan. Learn the basics of healthy posture and learn how to apply this knowledge in situations particular to your life.

Cost 
Initial Consultation with a Gokhale Method instructor: $165
Regular sessions with a Gokhale Method Foundations instructor: $165/session, $900 for GM Foundations (six sessions)
