Initial Consultation
A good place to begin, particularly if you have a
complex history of musculoskeletal or health problems.
You will receive a comprehensive evaluation of your current posture and how it relates to problems you may be having, a projection of what structural changes are possible, and some key ideas and practices to help you improve your structure immediately and long-term.

Private Sessions
Following the initial consultation, some people choose to continue studying privately. Private sessions allow more flexibility in scheduling, permit your teacher to focus on you for the entire time, and allow for more privacy. Private sessions also allow a more customized lesson / session plan, although for most people, the lesson order in GM Foundations provides an optimal introduction. Private sessions are particularly valuable following GM Foundations, when students have basic knowledge of healthy posture and can deepen their understanding with hands-on work or learn to apply their knowledge in situations particular to their lives.

Cost
Initial Consultation with Certified Gokhale Method instructor: $165
Initial Consultation with Gokhale Method Founder, Esther Gokhale: $225
Regular sessions with a Gokhale Method Foundations instructor: $125/session, $750 for GM Foundations (six sessions)
Regular sessions with Esther Gokhale: $225/session, $1200 for GM Foundations (six private sessions)
