Gokhale Method Foundations

The Gokhale Method is a result of Esther Gokhale's
life-long study of the root causes of pain. Through
intensive study with other practitioners, academic work,
and extensive research around the world, she created a set
of anthropologically-informed techniques that directly address and alleviate the pain many of us experience in the back, neck, shoulder, hip, knee, and foot.

In six 45-minute private lessons, or six 90-minute group classes, you can change your habits efficiently and profoundly through a combination of verbal explanation, visual materials, and gentle hands-on guidance. The course can:

  • Reduce or eliminate many kinds of musculoskeletal pain
  • Prevent joint degeneration
  • Increase energy, stamina, and flexibility
  • Improve your circulation and breathing
  • Reduce stress
  • Help you look and feel more confident

The group class can accommodate people with mild levels of pain who are able to sit, stand and bend without difficulty, but if you are in significant pain, we strongly recommend the private course.
