Gokhale Method Foundations Course

This flexible format allows you to custom fit our 6-session course to your needs. The length of each session depends on the size of your group:
2 people: 60 minute sessions
3-4 people: 75 minute sessions
5-8 people: 90 minute sessions
Cost:
$900 for the first person; $750 for the second person; $450 for each additional person (maximum group size of 8 people)

Scheduling: According to mutual convenience.
Procedure:
- Find an approved Gokhale Method teacher near you.
- Contact the teacher to schedule your group's session(s).
- Each member of your group will need to complete the intake form (a link will be sent to you via email.)
- Obtain a copy of 8 Steps to a Pain-Free Back, the requred text for the course.

Six 45-minute sessions scheduled at your convenience. We recommend beginning with an iniitial consultation, which allows us to best tailor the course to your needs.
Cost:
Initial consultation (recommended): $165 (45 minutes)
One-on-one course following an initial consultation: $900 (six 45-minute sessions)
One-on-one course including mini-initial consultation: $965 (First session is 60 minutes; remaining five sessions are 45 minutes)
Cost for home visits: contact your local teacher
